Gas-to-Air Heat Exchangers

Air Process heat exchanger systems cool hot, dust-laden exhaust gas from 950ºF to the fabric filter inlet temperature required for your application.  Often, waste heat can be recovered to reduce fuel consumption.

APT heat exchangers are specifically designed to cool dust-laden flue gases from your high temperature process.  The system utilizes a simple mechanical cleaning system of chains which periodically sweep across the heat transfer surfaces to remove deposition of particulate, making the design particularly useful in applications which process high dust loads or require reagent injection to meet emission control requirements.
